To be entitled an Act to authorize the City of Norcross to exercise all redevelopment and other powers under Article IX, Section II, Paragraph VII(b) of the Constitution and Chapter 44 of Title 36 of the O.C.G.A., the "Redevelopment Powers Law," as amended; to provide for a referendum; to provide effective dates; to provide for automatic repeal under certain circumstances; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act creating a new charter for the City of Norcross, Georgia, approved March 28, 1990 (Ga. L. 1990, p. 4934), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 4, 1991 (Ga. L. 1991, p. 3680), an Act approved March 25, 1996 (Ga. L. 1996, p. 3666), and an Act approved March 24, 1997 (Ga. L. 1997, p. 3517), so as to change the form of government from a mayor-council form of government to a city manager-council form of government; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
