Planning and Zoning Board Reports

Currently minutes from the Planning and Zoning Board Meetings can only be obtained in person at the City Council Work Sessions that follow P&Z meetings. It is our desire to make this information more readily available to the public. It is our hope that the P&Z board will consider changing this policy to include the posting of P&Z minutes to the City of Norcross web site before the next scheduled meeting.

How is the public informed of upcoming rezoning meetings?

Are citizens being told all they need to know about important rezoning issues?
Save Historic Norcross has expressed concerns to city officials about timing, and other matters, which is the reason we have organized a media campaign to inform the community of proposed major changes in downtown development direction. We are presenting this information so you may decide for yourself.
